Dataset for Podiatric skin health sensing in the diabetic foot
Dataset for Podiatric skin health sensing in the diabetic foot
Dataset supports:
Coates, JM (2016). Podiatric skin health sensing in the diabetic foot, Doctor of Philosophy, University of Southampton.
The following data describes:
1) The in-shoe force, temperature, humidity, GSR, accelerations, rotations with laboratory temperature and humidity.
2) Bioimpedance data for the sole of the foot in
a) no load, light load and standing load contact.
b) Seated foot impedance with pedal pulse fully occluded and non occluded.
3) Circuit diagrams for devices built.
4) Code for devices built.
This research was sponsored by the Gerald Kerkut Charitable trust, the Institute for Life Sciences(IfLS).
