Transnational education offers both cultural and economic benefits to Universities, research evidences that more needs to be done to be an inclusive cultural campus. This presentation will look at data collected on the student experience of progressing from China into UK HE. The data highlights challenges that can be broken down into three parts: Language and communication, Study skills and integration. Drawing upon a staff workshops, student focus groups, questionnaires, literature and teaching experience the presentation will suggest teaching strategies and methodologies to support the progression of Chinese student into UK HE.

Abstract
