If you receive a message: 'Cannot find this web page'
This may be due to a power outage or the server restarting.
Please try again after a period of time, if the message persists then please contact the system administrator.
If when running the experiment the laser does not appear to turn on, or you receive a graph that just appears to be noise, then power fluctutations may have caused the connection to close.
Please try the experiment again and if the problems reoccurs contact the system administrator.
There are currently a large number of power fluctuations so the experiment will be reset as necessary. If this is outside of office hours then it may not always be possible to reset it until the next day.
If you cannot view the camera feed:
Are you using internet explorer? If so please use an alternative browser, we suggest chrome for the full functionality.
If you are using another browser, then the IP camera feed may be down. This should not affect the running of your experiment. However if you get results that appear to just be noise then the power may have been cut off to the experiment.
Error Messages: If you receive an error message please return to the Homepage and try rerunning the experiment. If the error message persist, please note the error message that is received and report it to the system administrator.
