The data here is the ones used in the manuscript of the above title within Optics express.
The filenames represent each figure in each image (with Fig3a and Fig3b being the left-right data in the figure).

The data is in HDF5 format (details here support.hdfgroup.org/HDF5/), it can be loaded in a variety of programming languages.
For example it can be loaded in to Python using the h5py library: www.h5py.org/.

The data can also be viewed using the HDFVIEW found here support.hdfgroup.org/products/java/hdfview/
