Multimodal deep tissue imaging using wavelength modulated spatially offset raman spectroscopy and optical coherence tomography
We demonstrate a multimodal system integrating optical coherence tomography (OCT) with wavelength modulated spatially offset Raman spectroscopy. This has the capability to detect co-registered Raman and OCT signals from targets deeply embedded in tissue.
