TASK-5, a potential mitochondrial channel characterised by planar patch-clamp electrophysiology

This dataset contains:
Current to voltage results acquired on a planar patch-clamp system from isolated mitochondria or mitoplasts that were sorted (or not) by FACS and exposed to five different (4-AP-, TEA, ATP, ChTx, RR) blockers or changes in extracellular pH (pH 6.2, 7.4 ,8.2). 
3 different Prism files are included to summarise the data.
