Injunctions v Damages (The Age of the Internet): Old battle of remedies revisited
The Internet raises many challenges to existing laws. However, there has
not been much attention devoted to the issue of remedies. In this new digital
environment we may find that extraordinary remedies such as an injunction,
may need to be re-examined and reassessed. This article looks at some of the
policies and practical implications involved in deciding the most appropriate
remedies for a Digital Age.
