Optimized design of 125-μm 6-core fiber with large effective area for wideband optical transmission
Optimized design of 125-μm 6-core fiber with large effective area for wideband optical transmission
We propose an optimized design of heterogeneous trench-assisted 125-μm 6-core fiber with Aeff about 90 μm2, λcc about 1300 nm, and XT<-30 dB/100 km for wideband transmission. Relative core multiplicity factor of 6.75 was achieved.
