Hawkins, John Ballato, Ursula J. Gibson, and Anna C. Peacock TITLE:Net optical parametric gain in a submicron silicon core ber pumped in the telecom band JOURNAL: Applied physics letter of photonics PAPER DOI IF KNOWN This dataset contains: Data supporting etc etc The data are as below: beta24.mat is calculated GVD and FOD dispersion as a function of wavelength for the SCF with different core diameters in Fig.1. ExpTpa.mat is the Measured transmission as a function of input peak pump power in Fig.2(b). 41570.csv, 41580.csv, 41590.csv, 41600.csv, 41610.csv, 41620.csv, 41630.csv, 41640.csv, 41650.csv, 41660.csv, 41670.csv and 41680 .csv are Transmission spectra taken at the output of the SCF as the signal wavelength is tuned from 1570 to 1680nm in Fig.3 (a). GainAll1.mat is the idler conversion gain and on/off parametric signal gain as a function of wavelength in Fig.3 (b) and Fig.3 (c). Seed_gain.mat is measured amplified idler power and conversion gain as a function of signal power (1590nm) at the SCF output in Fig.4 (a). Gain_WD.mat is measured on/off signal gain as a function of signal wavelength, using a pump with 17W peak power centred at 1541nm in Fig. 4(c). Gaincompare.mat is calculated signal gain as a function of signal wavelength, using a pump with 17W peak power centred at 1541nm in Fig. 4(c).
