Discussion of the recent developments in English case law on various categories of injunctive relief. Comparisons were made between proprietary and non-proprietary injunctions. Some possible reforms were suggested to increase equipage equality in litigation, especially in cases involving orders collateral to foreign substantive proceedings.

Abstract

Discussion of the recent developments in English case law on various categories of injunctive relief. Comparisons were made between proprietary and non-proprietary injunctions.
