Growth of large-area, uniform, few-layer tungsten disulphide by thermal decomposition of ammonium tetrathiotungstate
We propose a solution-based single source precursor method that allows large area growth of highly uniform 2D Tungsten disulphide films. We present results on the synthesis and characterization of the material.
