DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA
In each spreadsheet file there're several pages containing raw data of the corresponding figures found in the Thesis, the page title gives basic information about the data and reference to the picture in the thesis. For example, the page "FOM comparison, fig 5-2" contains the tabulated values of the FOM spectra of the simulated structures and the value extrapolated from the literature reference, as shown in figure 5-2 in the Thesis.
