DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA
The data ploted in the thesis entitled: SOI Waveguide Integrated Graphene Mid-Infrared Detector, collected from experimental data after data processing, no specific software are needed to view the data, recommand using matlab or excel.


This dataset contains:

Data for pictures and graphs that are plotted in the thesis, from chapter 3, chapter 4 and chapter 5. There are measurement results from the experiment that have been plotted. For each set of the data, the first columns are the x-axis for each graph, and the second and/or rest are for the y-axis. The titles of each graphen can be found in the spreadsheet related.
