Dataset supports: Zhang, W., et al. (2019). High Speed Silicon Capacitor Modulators for TM Polarisation. In 2019 IEEE 16th International Conference on Group IV Photonics (GFP) IEEE. A 500µm long capacitive silicon electro-optical MZI modulator for TM polarization light has been proposed and experimentally demonstrated with data rates 30 Gbps and 2 Vpp driving voltage in a push–pull configuration.
