This dataset contains:
All data from results chapters and all figures and images. 'Chapter 3' Zipped containing all data and graphs from chapter 3.
'Chapter 4' Zipped containing all data and graphs from chapter 4. 'Chapter 5' Zipped containing all data and graphs from chapter 5. 'Chapter 6' Zipped containing all data and graphs from chapter 6. 'Appendix' Zipped containing all data and graphs from the appendix. 
Powerpoint file containing all figures and images. Powerpoint file containing correction data. Excel file of RNA sequencing RAW data.

Each graph file contains the number of the figure it corresponds to in the thesis i.e 'Breast CAF ROS 3_3' is found in figure 3.3.
