This dataset contains: cyclic voltammetry of the potassium gold chloride electrolyte, chronoamperometry used to produce the samples using a Biologic SP-150 potentiostat, 
in house Scanning Electron Microscopy as well Grazing Incidence Small Angle Scattering measured at ALS 7.3.3.
