Optical classification of human embryonic stem cells
Optical classification of human embryonic stem cells
Optical approaches have been explored to enable undifferentiated to be distinguished from differentiated stem cells. Optical measurements combined with theoretical and statistical analysis provide a novel approach with the potential for identification and sorting.
