This dataset contains:

This publication reports the synthesis of 9 new layered oxychalcogenide materials. The attached 'zip' file contains crystal informaiton files (cif) for the 9 compounds based on Reitveld refinement of X-ray diffraction data.

The zip also contians an excel file including raw XRD data, EDX data, diffuse reflectance data and a summary of the results of the Rietveld structural refinement for each compound.
