DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA

The data files are available on request due to the total size od the dataset (approx 125Gb). 

There are two large zip files:

2018-01-05 ?CT2 (human biopsy).zip [26.8 GB]
2017-07-12_MEDX_1570_EK_R17_0677_ [2017-07-24 09.34.50].zip [45.7 GB]


The majority of files are 1-2Gb in size. These data formed the basis for generating the figures in the above thesis.
