Fluid-dynamics visualization is not only intended to promote an intricate science but also to help non-scientific audiences to see that there is a beauty in this science. This can be seen in a play of colors to present the turbulent flow which can be easier to do with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) instead of experiments. The fluid visualization is now becoming an artistic medium for scientists to present our results to the general audiences.

Abstract

Fluid-dynamics visualization is not only intended to promote an intricate science but also to help non-scientific audiences to see that there is a beauty in this science. This can be seen in a play of colors to present the turbulent flow which can be easier to do with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) instead of experiments. The fluid visualization is now becoming an artistic medium for scientists to present our results to the general audiences.
