Teflectivity and resonance Raman spectroscopy data for a WSe2 monolayer and four MoSe2/WSe2 Heterobilayers with twist angles of 57, 20, 6, 60 degrees .
This contained within in the following three excel files:
1) Reflectivity Data
2) Resonance Raman Data 


This Data supports the main paper figures (Fig 2-5) and Figs S1-S7 contained in the supplementary information.
