DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA
This deposit of resources is from my first listening study. This study had a website created that enabled users to rank the similarity of excerpts of Brahms Paganini Variations (please see Listening Study 1.docx for details about the study). 

This dataset contains:
In this studies resources you will find the exported results from the studies database, under ‘Results’. Both in csv and xlsx format. These were used in R for analysis. The analytical files in R can be found under the Analysis tab, along with my musical analysis used to compare the similarity of the pieces.

The folder Musical Examples provides the Sibelius files, audio files and pdf scores used for the different extracts throughout the study.
