To provide a deploying device for an underwater vessel capable of easily deploying the underwater vessel by a small scale towing device, the towing device, a deploying system for the underwater vessel, and a deploying method for the underwater vessel.SOLUTION: An underwater vessel 1 is deployed underwater by: having a structure 32 to be towed in a state of floating on water be in a state of connection with a towing device 20 by a connection mechanism 31; attaching the underwater vessel 1 to the structure 32 by coupling the underwater vessel 1 to an attaching/detaching mechanism 34 provided in a support frame 33 composing the structure 32; towing the structure 32 and the underwater vessel 1 by the towing device 20 to a deployment target water area of the underwater vessel 1 in a state of having one portion of all of the underwater vessel 1 submerged; and cutting off the underwater vessel 1 from the support frame 33 by releasing the coupling of the underwater vessel by the attaching/detaching mechanism 34 in the deployment target water area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
