This dataset contains:
Reflectivity and resonance Raman spectroscopy data obtained on hBN encapsulated monolayers of MoSe2 and WSe2, as well as hBN encapsulated heterostrucutres of made of monolayers of MoSe2 & WSe2 with twist angles of 57 and 20 degrees between the two layers.
This contained within in the following three excel files:
1) Reflectivity_Data
2) HS20_Data
3) HS57_Data
4) MoSe2_Data
5) WSe2_Data

This Data supports the main paper figures (Fig 1-5) and Figs S1-S21 contained in the supplementary information.
