DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA
The data contains replies to questionnaires collected from people living in Jordan, they are saved as excel files. Each row is a perticiapnt and each column is a question.

This dataset contains:
Four zip folders. 
"Blank Forms" containes the blank consent form and blank particiapnt information sheet.
"Paper 1" folder contains all relevant files associated to paper 1: excel file (data collected from 300 particiapnts), ethical approval (ID 47827), consent form, the particiapnt information sheet and debreifing form.  
"Paper 2" folder contains all relevant files associated to paper 2: excel file (data collected from 330 particiapnts), ethical approval (ID 53561), consent form, the particiapnt information sheet and debreifing form.  
"Paper 3" folder contains all relevant files associated to paper 3: excel file (data collected from 378 particiapnts), ethical approval (ID 62001), consent form, the particiapnt information sheet and debreifing form.
