READ ME File For "3-Dimensional Imaging and Mathematical Modelling of Human Pulmonary Lymphatics" Dataset DOI: 10.5258/SOTON/D1867 ReadMe Author: Stephanie Katherine Robinson, University of Southampton, ORCID ID:0000-0001-5436-2929. Contact skr1f21@soton.ac.uk or steph.k.robinson@gmail.com This dataset supports the thesis entitled "3-Dimensional Imaging and Mathematical Modelling of Human Pulmonary Lymphatics" AWARDED BY: Univeristy of Southampton DATE OF AWARD: July 2021 DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA Due to size of the complete data set, all data can be found in the Biomedical Imaging Unit file store at: \\soton.ac.uk\resource\Biomedical Imaging Unit\Research\\Steph Robinson. Please contact myself (skr1f21@soton.ac.uk) or The Biomedical Imaging Unit to access this data. A readme file is located in this folder to allow navigation to the data. Data includes indivdual radiographs and 32bit volumetric uCT dataset of 10 Human Lung tissue samples. Collected on the Med-X uCT protype uCT machine (muVIS owned machine). Sample IDs of the 10 samples as described in the accosicated thesis: EV090, HL088, HL079, EV024, EV014, EV104, EV020, HL106, HL108, HL150. Each Sample ID also has ~50 digitialised immunohistochemistry slides asscoiated with it. These are in a VSI format which can be opened by Fiji opensource software, or by VS desktop / OlyVIA olympus imaging software. This dataset contains: For each Sample ID: 1x 32bit raw volumetric data file of uCT imaging dataset (.raw/.vol). Associated radiographs (.tiff). 2x files containing ~25 Immunohstochemistry slides (.VSI). Stained with either LP21, D240, CD31, SMA or PCK (See thesis for further details).
