DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA

This zip file dataset contains: Excell spreadsheets of raw data and processed data used in thesis. Data files are organised according to which chapter data is presented within. FCR, OxyBURST-Green, Orp1 400:475 nm and NPQ fluorescence curves contain raw data and steps taken to process data to final version. All other data did not require processing and was presented as such.
