DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA
[Dataset contains four data used within Study-4 and Study-5 of the above PhD thesis. These data were collected between January 2019 nad April 20021. The individuaL dataset are listed below:]

This dataset contains:
Study-4
1. Myoton Data: Data contains data for Creep, decrement, frequency, relaxation time & Stiffness.These were collected with the MyotonPro device which measures muscle mechanical properties.
2. Strength data: These were grip and grip rate data measured with the MIE digital analyzer.

Study-5
1. Data on AIMS questionaire (These contains data on four out of the five AIMS subscales. These are Physical, Symptons, Social, Affective scales) 
2. Data on other questions used withihn this study. These are study participant's biodata, Numerical Pain ratng scale (NPRS), Patient Specific Functional Scale (PSFS), Functional Index for Hand Osteoarthritis (FIHOA), Exercise Adherence Rating Scale (EARS)
