This "read me" file aims to explain how the dataset files for-"Compact modeling
of the switching dynamics and temperature dependencies in TiOx memristors: Part
I - Behavioural Model" should be analysed.

Raw data files are either .xlsx or .csv files and saved in directories
memristor_Ia_dataset, memristor_Ib_dataset and memristor_II_dataset.

Accompanying Python files can be run in ipython3 to generate the figures (Fig.
4-10) as published (except some of the text annotations).
