Dataset for "Compact Modeling of the Switching Dynamics and Temperature Dependencies in TiOx Memristors: Part II — Physics-Based Model"
This dataset supports the publication 'Compact modeling of the switching dynamics and temperature dependencies in TiOx memristors: Part II - Physics Based Model', accepted in IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices (22 July 2021). Raw data files are either .xlsx or .csv files and saved in directories memristor_Ib_dataset and memristor_II_dataset. Accompanying Python files can be run in ipython to generate the figures (Fig. 2-6) as published (except some of the text annotations)
