This ReadMe file describes the Data file accompanying the above publication. For any queries please contact j.miles@soton.ac.uk. The dataset contains:
1. TrialData. The data recorded during the experimental period. Sheet includes information on trial number, treatment conditions, date, time, flume water temperature and minnow length and weight.
2. FlowData. The water velocity conditions created within the flume during the study.
3. RawData. Tracked raw fish coordinate data, used to create the metrics used during data analysis, specifically:
