Raw data behind histograms and descriptive statistics of socket design and limb sizes and shapes. Includes local rectification sizes and differences in volume and axial cross-sectional area (socket vs. limb), and length, perimeters, profile ratios of perimeters, and abduction/adduction angle (anatomic measures of limb).

CSA Delta @ PT: 	Percentage change in Cross-Section Area from limb to socket, at height of patellar tendon
CSA Delta @ 50%: 	Percentage change in Cross-Section Area from limb to socket, at 50% of limb length between tip and patellar tendon
CSA Delta @ 75%: 	Percentage change in Cross-Section Area from limb to socket, at 75% of limb length between tip and patellar tendon
Vol Delta: 		Percentage change in Volume from limb to socket, calculated from patellar tendon to distal tip.
