This dataset contains resonance Raman spectroscopy data obtained on hBN encapsulated MoSe2 and WSe2 monolayers at 4 K. This data underpins the paper with preliminary title: "Insights into hyperbolic phonon polaritons in hBN using Raman scattering from encapsulated transition metal dichalcogenide layers".
