Content coding by two raters (AHW and EN) for 13 identified chronic pain interventions (identified bby systematic review) for children and adolescents. The content codes dataset contains the final agreed scores by raters. The rater agreement file contains notes on initial disagreements between raters and in which direction codes were changed, with comments. Ethical approval was not neccessary for this study (review only). Data extraction tables for the systematic review element of this study are available as supplementary to the open access publication.
