Bubble dynamics in the absence of lipid crystallisation
This dataset file includes the data underpinning the work conducted for the first results chapter of the thesis (Chapter 3). This includes data pertaining to the characterisation of different cavitation cluster behaviours within edible liquids, the presence of a unique, low power bifurcated or bi-cluster cavitation environment and analysis of its lifetime as a function of sample temperature. This utilised laser scattering, hydrophone pressure measurements, high-speed imaging and audio emission analysis. This was conducted in the presence of high-intensity ultrasound treatments, typically within a soybean oil or sunflower oil sample.
