Dataset: Wall Repulsion of Charged Colloidal Particles during Electrophoresis in Microfluidic Channels
This dataset supports the publication in Physical Review Letters entitled 'Wall Repulsion of Charged Colloidal Particles during Electrophoresis in Microfluidic Channels'.
This is the original dataset used to create Figure 1(c), Figure 4(a,b) and Figure 5 in the paper and Figure S6 in the Supplementary Material. It also contains the unprocessed videos of the original experiments where it is observed how the 500 nm particles trace quadrupole flows around the 3 um Plain particles in a 1.7 mS/m KCl conductivity medium under a 80 kV/m, 100 Hz AC electric field; and the 3 um Plain particles under the same 80 kV/m, 100 Hz applied AC electric field separated from the wall at the end of the channel.
