First demonstration of an all-semiconductor room-temperature terahertz time-domain spectrometer
We report the first demonstration of an all-semiconductor, room temperature terahertz time-domain spectrometer using a femtosecond mode-locked Vertical-External-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser at 1040 nm and photoconductive antennae.
