Data to support the Southampton University Doctoral thesis. Primary data was collected from May to October 2018 through semi-structured interviews with forty-five stakeholders in two coastal areas of England. the interviews covered strengths and challenges in contemporary coastal flood risk management in the case study areas: the North-west (Southport to Barrow-in-Furness) coast and the Central-south (Poole to Southampton) coast. The dataset of 45 interview transcriptions of key stakeholders, is available on request only by bone fide researchers.
