This dataset supports the Southampton Doctoral thesis entitled: B-Cell receptor induced autophagy and phagocytosis in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA The following dataset includes all figures presented in the thesis in an accessible format, including immunoblots, confocal microscopy data and graphed results. Additionally, the RNA-seq data underpinning the thesis is presented as log fold changes between control antibody and anti-IgM treated samples, with and without pre-treatment with VPS34-IN1, as detailed in the thesis. There are also results generated in IPA using the RNA-seq data included. The RNA-seq data is currently undergoing publication, but will also be available at ArrayExpress (www.ebi.ac.uk/arrayexpress) under accession E-MTAB-11195 once the publication has been processed.
