Dataset to support the Southampton Doctoral thesis entitled Nano-scale Frictional Properties of 2D Materials
This dataset contains:
AFM scans (topography, friction), Raman maps, 3D profilometry
The dataset is divided into specific chapters where the data was used.
Most files are in *.txt or *.xyz format and can be opened by any programming language (MATLAB, Python).
AFM scans in *.gwy or *.mi format can be opened by Gwyddion.
