Real-time fourier transform-second-harmonic generation imaging of collagen-based biological tissues
Based on the previously shown utility of Fourier transform-second-harmonic generation imaging to quantify collagen fiber organization, we developed a parallel processing algorithm to achieve real-time quantitative SHG imaging.
