Dataset to support the Southampton Doctoral thesis 'Emissivity and resistivity of SLM 316L stainless steel'
This data is the total hemispherical emissivity and resistivity for 316L stainless steel manufactured by SLM. The data was collected on 17 different samples, each manufactured using different combinations of SLM process parameters (build angle, laser power, scanning speed, hatch spacing and layer thickness). Details of the process parameters are in the PhD thesis. This dataset contains: Total hemispherical emissivity and resistivity data for 316L stainless steel 17 different samples.

Abstract

This data is the total hemispherical emissivity and resistivity for 316L stainless steel manufactured by SLM. The data was collected on 17 different samples, each manufactured using different combinations of SLM process parameters (build angle, laser power, scanning speed, hatch spacing and layer thickness). Details of the process parameters are in the PhD thesis. This dataset contains: Total hemispherical emissivity and resistivity data for 316L stainless steel 17 different samples.
