Dataset for 'Actively Q-switched radially polarized Ho:YAG laser with an intra-cavity laser-written S-waveplate' published in Optics Letters. This dataset contains the data used in the generation of Figures 2 and 3 in the manuscript. The figures are as follows: Fig. 2. Output power curve for the Q-switched Ho:YAG laser at a 40 kHz repetition rate. Inset, top-left: exemplar variation of the slow axis azimuth across an S-waveplate.
