The underwater deposit of cape Gros has been the subject of surveys in recent years. It has not yielded any significant remains of a ship, but corresponds to a shipwreck site, as shown by several tenuous elements. On the other hand, it has yielded the remains of a cargo of Pascual 1 amphorae. Archaeometric analyses have shown that this very homogeneous cargo comes from the same area, and probably from the same workshop located in the vicinity of Badalona. It illustrates the flow of Leetanian wines transported from the ports of the central area of the Catalan coast to Narbonne, in order to supply western Gaul in particular, as well as the northern confines of the Empire. More specifically, it is comparable to that of the wrecks at Els Ullastres and Cap del Vol, and must be placed at the peak of Leetanian wine production between 40 BC and the Augustan period
