READ ME File for the dataset that supports a PhD thesis "Characterisation of novel human CD27-specific antibodies for cancer therapy". The Dataset includes four excel spreadsheets containing raw data for each result chapter of the thesis, subdivided by figure numbers. Dataset DOI: 10.5258/SOTON/D2337 ReadMe Author: Franziska Heckel, University of Southampton 0000-0002-7564-1932 This dataset supports the thesis entitled "Characterisation of novel human CD27-specific antibodies for cancer therapy" AWARDED BY: Univeristy of Southampton DATE OF AWARD: 2022 DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA: - 'Data Chapter 3_Characterisation of anti-hCD27 mAb binding' This data includes data from figures 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.5 and 3.8, collected by flow cytometry and surface plasmon resonance. This dataset contains: Figure 3.5: Values represent the ratio of PBMCs incubated with anti-hCD27 mAb/hCD70 Fc and PBMCs incubated with the irrelevant isotype controls Figure 3.8: Values represent ratios calculated by dividing the percentage of anti-hCD27 mAb-binding with the percentage of the highest anti-hCD27 mAb-binding per mutant. - 'Data Chapter 4_Functional investigation of hCD27 mAbs' This data includes data from figures 3.1 to 4.10 and 4.12 to 4.14. All data was collected by flow cytometry. This dataset contains: Figure 4.6: Data highlighted in red excluded in Figure 4.6 B Figure 4.10: Data highlighted in red seperately displayed in Figure 4.10 C Figure 4.14: Data highlighted in red seperately displayed in Figure 4.14 D - 'Data Chapter 5_Anti-CD27_anti-CD38 mAb combination therapy in vivo' This data includes in vivo and in vitro data from figures 5.1, 5.3 to 5.5 and 5.8 to 5.11. - 'Data Chapter 6_In vitro myeloid stimulation by anti-hCD27 mAbs' This data includes in vivo and in vitro data from figures 6.1 to 6.7.
