DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA
FACs data collected by flow cytometery. This dataset was too large and therefore was split across several zip files. This data can be analyzed by flowJo or Diva.
All qPCR results are included as PDFs - no specialized software is required for the analysis.
Prism software is required for the analysis of 'prism' zip files and 'in vivo data' zip files.
Prism zip files contain analysis of all experiments.
In vivo data includes analysis of all animal experiments.
scRNA-seq zip file contains row and analyses data for 10x and drop-sea analysis


This dataset contains:
Flow cytometry data, qPCR data, scRNA-seq data and all prism file with analysis.

The data and thesis are embargoed for 3 years until 31/08/2025 after that date the data will be available on request to researchers via https://library.soton.ac.uk/datarequest
