Reflectometric measurements of fibre-based orthogonal-pump FWM systems
We experimentally demonstrate an optical time-domain reflectometry system with 50 cm spatial resolution, capable of measuring the onset of polarization dependency of orthogonal-pump four-wave mixing systems in the saturation regime. Close agreement with theoretical predictions is observed.
