Dawoud, University of Southampton ORCID ID: 0000-0003-0164-7773 This dataset supports the thesis entitled The causes and consequences of clonal haematopoiesis AWARDED BY: Univeristy of Southampton DATE OF AWARD: [2022] DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA The dataset were generated by utilising genetic and phenotypic data from UK Biobank and include the calls of both mosaic chromosmoal events, and putattive somatic driver variants. This dataset contains: The dataset consists of two files. (i) Supplementary tables of chapter 3 (Supplementary Tables 3-1 to 3-6) (ii) supplementary tables of chapter 4. (Supplementary Tables 4-1 to 4-3) Date of data collection: [2018-2022] Information about geographic location of data collection: Licence: UK Biobank received ethical approval from the North West multi-centre Research Ethics Committee (REC reference 11/NW/0382). My study was undertaken as part of the UK Biobank approved project ID 35273: Myeloproliferative neoplasms and clonal haematopoiesis (Principal Investigator N.C.P. Cross) with local approval (ERGO II ID 61730: the clinical significance of clonal haematopoiesis).
