DESCRIPTION OF THE DATA

Data includes the raw Excel data post-analysis underlying the figures and tables in the thesis. The title of each Excel file briefly summarises what the results were used for and how it was generated. For collection and creation of this data the reader is referred to the thesis materials and methods sections.

This dataset contains:

1) Raw data for PCA and heatmap analysis, and BioLayout and Topp-Gene results for chapter 3.
2) PCD causative gene transcript abundances and gene expression levels for chapter 4.
3) edgeR and rMATS results for patients included in chapter 4 and chapter 5.
4) Raw data for PCA and heatmap analysis, and edgeR, BioLayout, Topp-Gene, TopMD and WGCNA results for Appendix A.
