- Linear and nonlinear transmission losses in laser-fabricated polysilicon waveguides,
- Linear loss measurements in laser-defined hydrogenated amorphous silicon waveguides,
- Raman spectroscopy measurements on both polysilicon and hydrogenated amorphous silicon waveguides.
This dataset contains:
